Students begin learning with assessing fit and ability to focus on a career path or ministry calling. Whether academic education for career purposes or ministerial training for ministry purposes, growth is fostered in a chosen field of study; exploration of options; the establishment of a strategic/ministerial plan for education and vocational success; implementation of the plan; and maintenance of acquired divine skills, knowledge, and ability through ministry practice and career placement. Learning recognition awards, certificates, diplomas, associates or undergraduate degrees are awarded at program completion.
