School for Organizational Development

Students study, research, and utilize management theories or scriptural doctrines to help ministries,  churches, and organizations learn, practice, and become learning organizations; to implement performance optimization techniques, change, leadership, project, and practical strategies that aid continued development of their organizational policy, process, performance, and people. Organizations can receive Certified Credentials while individual learners may earn certificates, diplomas, or post-graduate diplomas for organizational development after completing, passing, and meeting learning requirements.
